I am a die hard old school barbershop only person. By necessity I came into Sports clips today. Theresa (sp?) gave me the best haircut I have ever had in my life. On top of her customer service and skill, she listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. Will 100% be returning to her from now on when I am able! Thank You!

Dec 17,2021 @3:00 I came as a walk in. My wife with me as I have poor vision. Shortly after Tonya seated me . Her attitude was not sociable but I overlooked it and told her I had been growing my hair out for almost a year and I wanted the ends evened out but to maintain length as much as possible. The sides had reached my jaw line and the back was less than half an inch from my shoulder. I asked to leave the sides covering half or more of my ears so I could kind of sweep it towards the back when brushing it. She said she'd do a mullet in a 0ff the wall remark and I said no. For the fifteen minutes I sat there I explained why I was growing it and how with a feew weeks more I could put it in a ponytail. She asked how it looked and I told her she took way more from the side but I guess it'll grow back. I realized while paying she had cut the back completely off. She got hostile and said I didn't explain what I wanted. I should have read reviews.
