I checked in online walked into store 3-4 mins later. As I was walking in they gave away my spot. I was there at 2:38 & they proceeded to send me a text a 3:03 that I had missed check in. 🤦‍♂️ I was literally in the store. Poor customer service and patience.

I waited alot longer than the apt told me I would. The stylist was very rushed. She didn't even clean up my neck. I also was never Asked if I wanted a VIP and I wanted to have one done. I felt very rushed she was very rough on my hair. And there was only one person in the waiting area. This store is always so hit and miss on a service. if I could find a place I can get into that would do a decent job I would definitely not be a customer here anymore. My stylist name is April. The store is Dickson Tennessee

Been sitting here for 45 minutes and still have another 1 hr + to go (my son has 1 hr and 44 mins) because the GM for the store doesn't want to pay the hours to keep enough stylists to accommodate the customers. There are only 2 stylist on duty and 10 customers still waiting. Several have walked in and walked back out when they seen the posted wait times. Not a good move for a business that has two other competitors across the street (at a cheaper cost) that would be happy to accommodate these same customers. I reckon the company is rich enough to turn customers away but not everyone has several hours in a day to set aside for a haircut.....just a thought to consider.
